PayPal Problem: Customer Chargeback Their Credit Card After I have Shipped The Goods

Situation: I shipped the goods to customer, but customer chargebacked their credit card, I lost both my goods and money.

My advice: Always make sure your Paypal doesn't have too much money in it. Paypal is not going to bear the losses, you do. Any chargeback cases will take at least few months to investigate.
