For Malaysia users, you can go to any Public Bank branches to apply a Visa Electron Debit card. It has the Online banking features whereby you can get your Paypal expanded number
Ambank Mastercard Debit Card
Just drop by any Ambank outlet or 7-11 in Bangsar to grab one. You need to register to use it.
